Course Description
This course is aimed at aspiring Site Quality Managers. Typically, from the Construction industry in previous Quality related roles; and those aspiring to quality-focused leadership roles in construction. It delivers typical day to day activities with clear instruction on what, when and how to carry out job-related activities required in this type of role. It includes all aspects of the demands of the role with a peripheral view on a wide range of activities from a construction project. Participants will develop the knowledge and confidence to manage quality effectively across construction projects.
Through expert-led sessions, you will gain a clear understanding of:
- Compliance requirements and quality standards in construction
- Effective auditing practices
- Leadership approaches to drive consistent quality across projects
By the end of the course, participants will have the confidence to oversee quality processes, ensure regulatory adherence, and contribute to the successful delivery of construction projects.
